How can authentic creative expression help heal the masculine and feminine parts within ourselves and take us through a journey of self-discovery, surrender to the unknown and its life force?

WHO IS IT FOR

This full-day workshop is for all the artists and creative humans who long to create from a place of surrender to the creative force they hold within; who experience the complexities of embracing the movements, the seasons and the inherent transformative nature of such force; who maybe stuck or experience their inner world as a stumbling block to their creative impetus.

HOW THE WORKSHOP

IS HELD

The workshop is divided in four sections:

ENGAGING MIND AND HEART

Participants will be encouraged to unpack their personal experience of the creative journey through journaling, story- and art-making.

 

ENGAGING THE BODY

Somatic practices will be used to ground such experience in the body.

 

ENGAGING WITH EACH OTHER

A  space for self-reflection, questions and sharing of insights.

 

LETTING THE SOUL SPEAK

A short time of shared silence and practicing deep listening.
